Our client purchased a studio apartment in the DIFC with the objective of short-letting to business travellers. They wanted to list the property as soon as possible and needed to update the property at a tight timeframe. Given the property was a studio, they needed works to include the best use of space.

Our solution: we utilized wrapping throughout this property, instantly uplifting the kitchen & bathroom at a fraction of the cost of replacing these. We put in SPC flooring throughout the

property with a wooden finish, bringing a home-from-home feel throughout. Our furnishing team styled with contemporary sophistication at the heart of the vision.

We knew space was key in this property and therefore created a stylish wooden panel wall to add separation between the sleeping & living areas. The TV setting is a unique feature and turns 360 degrees meaning you have the luxury of relaxing in front of your favourite shows from the sofa or the bed.
