We can work to a pre-approved brief from your HQ or create an inviting work space from scratch, dependent on your needs.

Our materials are sustainable and durable. We work with a range of suppliers and can source equipment and furniture for the best rates with discounts. Several members of our team have worked in-house on commercial renovation projects and therefore understand your strict requirements. We will work to deadline with structured milestones and on budget.

Ensuring a positive experience with little impact to your daily life

1. Constrution

Your dedicated project manager will get a full understanding of your objectives, providing advice & guidance, inclusive of any permissions needed. There will be full transparency from the start, with structured milestones & timelines, and a well-defined budget

2. Design & Planning

Our interior designers will work with our contractors to map your project, creating a blueprint for your review and sign off. We will discuss materials, textures & designs, with the objective of creating an inviting workplace for your employees & clients

3. Work Commene

Our team will conduct works with as little disruption to you as possible, continuously keeping you updated of progress. We will be flexible with working hours, working evenings & weekends to avoid busy working times

4. Project Completion

We will conduct a walk-through with you, completing a full project inspection and snagging services. We offer quality assurance and won’t leave until you are 100% settled in your new space. Cleaning and maintenance works are part of the service
